Returns logins that have access to the Publisher.

A Boolean value that specifies whether or not to return logins that are also in the publication access list (PAL). If true, the only logins in the PAL are returned. If false, only logins that are not in the PAL are returned.
Returns
A ArrayList of PublicationAccess objects.
Exceptions
If the publication does not exist on the server.
Remarks
The EnumPublicationAccesses method can only be called by members of the sysadmin fixed server role at the Publisher or by members of the db_owner fixed database role on the publication database.
Calling EnumPublicationAccesses is equivalent to executing sp_help_publication_access (Transact-SQL).
