Gets the Publisher status.

The status of the publisher. Active means that the Publisher is using the Distributor. Inactive means that the Publisher is not using the Distributor.
Remarks
The Status property can only be retrieved by members of the sysadmin fixed server role at the Distributor.
Retrieving the Status property is equivalent to executing sp_helpdistpublisher.
