Remarks
Constructs a parameter set for the generation of Diffie-Hellman (system) parameters. The constructed parameter set can be used to initialize an java.security.AlgorithmParameterGenerator AlgorithmParameterGenerator object for the generation of Diffie-Hellman parameters.
