Gets the name of the property that provides the XAML namescope.

A string value that is the name of the property that provides the XAML namescope.
Remarks
The meaning of Name depends on whether Type is set. If Type is null, then Name references a property on the type being attributed. If Type contains a value, then Name references a property on the indicated Type.
