AdditionalAuthenticatedData	Gets additional data that is authenticated during decryption but not encrypted.
Algorithm	Gets the EncryptionAlgorithm.
Iv	Gets the initialization vector for encryption.
Plaintext	Gets the plaintext to encrypt.
