A class representing a collection of NotificationHubNamespaceAuthorizationRuleResource and their operations. Each NotificationHubNamespaceAuthorizationRuleResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of NotificationHubNamespaceResource. To get a NotificationHubNamespaceAuthorizationRuleCollection instance call the GetNotificationHubNamespaceAuthorizationRules method from an instance of NotificationHubNamespaceResource.
