A class representing a collection of NotificationHubResource and their operations. Each NotificationHubResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of NotificationHubNamespaceResource. To get a NotificationHubCollection instance call the GetNotificationHubs method from an instance of NotificationHubNamespaceResource.
