Partner Success Core Benefits

This program is for Services Partners (including Training partners). The Partner Success Core Benefits includes software, support, and benefits that can jumpstart your business growth. This program provides you with benefits and software license grants to use so that you can grow your business.
Note
You can buy only one Partner Success Core Benefits per Partner Global account. You can't purchase multiple Partner Success Core Benefits programs. No exceptions.
Prerequisites
To buy Partner Success Core Benefits in membership workspace, complete the following steps:
Join the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program.
Ensure that you have a verified Partner Center Account: When you enroll in a new program in Partner Center or change legal details in your profile, Microsoft verifies the information that you provide. Microsoft verifies your company name, company address, and primary contact details.
Manage Membership workspace role
To manage your membership, in Partner Center, you need to have the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program partner admin role. The Account admin in your organization can give you relevant access. For more information, see Permissions overview.
Purchase Partner Success Core Benefits
The current annual price for the Partner Success Core Benefits program is $895 USD or its equivalent in local currency.
Sign in to Partner Center Membership Offers page.
Look for the Partner Success Core Benefits card and then Buy now. If Buy Now is disabled, you can check the link Learn why "Buy/Renew" is disabled?
In the page that opens, select Partner Success Core Benefits and read the instructions.
Select the checkbox and choose Accept agreement and place order.
A payment pop-up appears. Select either Pay using Microsoft Billing Profile or Wire Transfer, then select Proceed. Some countries/regions don't support a credit card option.
Download Partner Success Core Benefits invoice
Sign in to the Partner Center Bill and Payments page.
Select a purchase row, then select Download invoice. For more information, see Invoices and taxes.
Cancel your Partner Success Core Benefits
To cancel your benefits, create a support ticket within 30 days of purchase. You can cancel your benefits, if you didn't redeem any benefits as part of the membership. For more information, see Refund request.
View your benefits
Credit card payments with Microsoft follow two modes: First Charge and Post Pay. For your first purchase, the First Charge policy applies, where your card is charged immediately, and benefits are provisioned right away.
From your second purchase onward, the Post Pay mode is used, with daily invoicing. A consolidated invoice is generated the next day and sent to the bank for confirmation. In such cases, your benefits are provisioned automatically 4 days after your purchase date. If your payment is unsuccessful, a banner appears in the Benefits/Membership workspace, prompting you to clear the dues. Once paid, your benefits get provisioned.
You can redeem your benefits once provisioned successfully from Benefits workspace.

Here are some frequently asked questions about Partner Success Core Benefits.
My membership end date, benefits end date, and office subscriptions end date aren't matching. Why?
There are three different dates that you should be aware of:
Membership End Date: This date is 365 days from the date of purchase of your membership.
Benefits End Date: This date is membership date plus 30 days. You get 30 days of a renewal window. We ensure that your benefits don't expire during the renewal window.
Office Subscription End date: Office keys once redeemed (with previous membership) are valid for 365 days from date of actual activation. But this date can vary depending on how you activated Office keys during earlier redemption. This date might or might not align with your membership/benefits end date. Can I buy more than one Partner Success Core Benefits?
No. You can buy only one Partner Success Core Benefits per Partner Global account. You can't purchase multiple Partner Success Core Benefits programs. No exceptions.
My renewed button isn't enabled for Partner Success Core Benefits purchase. Why?
Go to Membership workspace and then select Membership offers. Your Buy Now or Renew button might be disabled due to multiple reasons. Select the "Learn why "buy/renew" is disabled link next to this Buy Now/Renew button. For more information, see Troubleshoot: why is Buy Now disabled?.
