기본적으로 LoadedImageSurface 들어오는 원본의 가로 세로 비율 및 이미지 콘텐츠를 유지하면서 desiredMaxSize 최대한 많이 채웁니다. 이로 인해 desiredMaxSize 입력과 다른 디코딩 크기가
