Parameters

The Parameter that was inserted into the ParameterCollection.
Remarks
The OnInsertComplete method is called to perform additional processing after the Insert method completes. It calls the OnParametersChanged method.
Notes to Inheritors
This method allows implementers to define processes that must be performed after inserting an element into the underlying collection. By defining this method, implementers can add functionality to inherited methods without having to override all other methods.
