설명

수신 버퍼에는 직렬 드라이버의 수신 버퍼와 개체 자체의 내부 버퍼링이 SerialPort 포함됩니다.

속성은 BytesToRead 버퍼와 Windows에서 만든 버퍼를 모두 SerialPort 나타내므로 Windows에서 만든 버퍼만 나타내는 속성보다 ReadBufferSize 더 큰 값을 반환할 수 있습니다.
