KeyVaultCollection.cs

A class representing a collection of KeyVaultResource and their operations. Each KeyVaultResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of ResourceGroupResource. To get a KeyVaultCollection instance call the GetKeyVaults method from an instance of ResourceGroupResource.
