PKEY 値は Propkey.h で定義されています。

この値を SHParseDisplayName に渡して、正しいシェル フォルダーへのパスを解析できます。 項目がファイルの場合、値は System.ItemPathDisplay と同じです。 シェル名前空間を介して項目にアクセスできない場合、この値はVT_EMPTY。
