Dispatcher	このオブジェクトが関連付けられている CoreDispatcher を取得します。 CoreDispatcher は、コードが UI 以外のスレッドによって開始された場合でも、UI スレッド上の DependencyObject にアクセスできる機能を表します。 (継承元 DependencyObject)
