コレクションに含まれている場合は Account、含まれていない場合は NULL 参照 (Visual Basic では Nothing) です。

この型の public static (Microsoft Visual Basic では共有 ) メンバは、スレッドセーフです。インスタンスメンバの場合は、スレッドセーフであるとは限りません。
