注釈

WorkflowLoaded が発生するタイミングは、永続性サービスがワークフロー インスタンスを復元し終えてからワークフロー ランタイム エンジンがアクティビティを実行し始めるまでの間です。

WorkflowLoaded イベントでは、送信元に WorkflowRuntime が含まれ、WorkflowEventArgs にはイベントに関連付けられている WorkflowInstance が格納されます。
