Gets or sets a value that indicates whether objects can be deleted through the EntityDataSource control.

Select cannot be set if the EnableDelete property is enabled.
A false
value assigned to the EnableDelete property on the EntityDataSource forces the CanDelete property of the related EntityDataSourceView object to return false
. When the EnableDelete property is set to false
, a NotSupportedException is raised if the data-bound control calls the ExecuteDelete method on the EntityDataSourceView.
If any of the conditions for updatability are not met and the EnableDelete property is set to true
, the EntityDataSource raises an exception.
