Remarks
Set the ResolveMetadataReferences property to false
to prevent the resolution of references to metadata. In this case, references are returned as System.ServiceModel.Description.MetadataReference or System.ServiceModel.Description.MetadataLocation objects inside the System.ServiceModel.Description.MetadataSet.
