既存のサブスクリプションに SubscriberType プロパティは設定できません。

プロパティは SubscriberType 、サブスクライバーの sysadmin 固定サーバー ロールのメンバー、またはサブスクリプション データベースの固定データベース ロール のメンバー によってのみ取得db_owner。
