Creates a new DimensionPermission object using the specified RoleID, name and identifier, inserts it to the collection at the specified index and returns the new DimensionPermission created.

Creates a new DimensionPermission object using the specified RoleID and name, inserts it to the collection at the specified index and returns the new DimensionPermission created.

Inserts the specified DimensionPermission to the collection at the specified index.

Creates a new DimensionPermission object with the specified RoleID and a generated unique Name and identifier, inserts it to the collection at the specified index and returns the new DimensionPermission created.
