A class representing a collection of CosmosDBThroughputPoolAccountResource and their operations. Each CosmosDBThroughputPoolAccountResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of CosmosDBThroughputPoolResource. To get a CosmosDBThroughputPoolAccountCollection instance call the GetCosmosDBThroughputPoolAccounts method from an instance of CosmosDBThroughputPoolResource.
