Nell'esempio seguente viene illustrato come creare un FileUpload controllo. Quando l'utente fa clic sul pulsante Upload file, il contenuto del file viene visualizzato come byte in una casella di testo nella pagina. In questo esempio viene usata la proprietà per caricare l'intero FileBytes file.

Il FileUpload controllo non legge automaticamente il file dal client. È necessario specificare in modo esplicito un controllo o un meccanismo per consentire all'utente di inviare il file specificato. Ad esempio, è possibile specificare un pulsante che l'utente può fare clic per caricare il file. Il codice scritto per salvare il file specificato potrebbe chiamare la FileBytes proprietà, che restituisce il contenuto del file.
Prima di chiamare la proprietà, è necessario usare la FileBytes HasFile proprietà per verificare che il FileUpload controllo contenga un file da caricare. Se restituisce HasFile true
, chiamare la FileBytes proprietà . Se restituisce false
