This method retrieves the multiplier value that is applied to the points in the second row and second column of this matrix.
Syntax

float* pM22

Parameters
- pM22
[out] Pointer to a float value that indicates the multiplier that is applied to the points in the 2,2 quadrant of this matrix.
Return Value
Returns an HRESULT that indicates success or failure.
Remarks
The default multiplier value is 1.
When pM22 is greater than 1 or less than 1, the UI object that uses this matrix is scaled lengthwise.
