This method sets the multiplier value to apply to the points in the second row and second column of this matrix.
Syntax

Parameters
- M22
[in] A float value that indicates the multiplier to apply to the points in the 2,2 quadrant of this matrix.
Return Value
Returns an HRESULT that indicates success or failure.
Remarks
The default multiplier value is 1.
When M22 is greater than 1 or less than 1, the UI object that uses this matrix is scaled lengthwise.
