Returns the bottom (or secondary) view of a split code window.

Return Value
Type: System.Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
Remarks
If there is no secondary view, the ppView parameter is set to nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic). To access the primary view in a split code window, call GetPrimaryView.
