DLL Implemented In
CDOEX.DLL
Syntax
[Visual Basic]Property SentOn As Date
[C++]HRESULT get_SentOn(DATE* pVal);
Parameters
- pVal
Returns the value of the SentOn property as a reference to a DATE.
Remarks
The SentOn property is determined from the last entry for "Date:" in the SMTP headers, accessible from the date Field in the schema.
The IMessage SentOn property, and the ReceivedTime Property hold the date/time in the time zone specified in the associated Configuration object using the timezoneid Field. If the time zone is not set in the IConfiguration Fields Property, the date and time are held in the server's local time zone. If there is no server involved, the receiving user's local time zone is used.
