Gets or sets whether to merge the current label with any existing labels that are already specified for this attribute. Required.

true if any newly defined labels should only overwrite existing labels when their language code matches;
otherwise, false.
Remarks
A Label is a collection of localized labels where each collection contains a string and a language code. If a label for an item already has labels for other languages and you update it with a label that contains only one label for a specific language, the MergeLabels property provides the option to overwrite the existing labels or merge your new label with any existing labels. If you set MergeLabels to true, any newly defined labels only overwrite existing labels when their language code matches.
