Gets a 1-based index describing the relative ordering of snapshots.

Remarks
There may be many IHeapSnapshots with the same index, but there should only be one with a given Index, ProcessId and pointer size (Is32Bit) combination. This property is referred to as the Instance column within Windows Performance Analyzer.
