EventChronicle Constructor (EventClass, String)

Initializes a new EventChronicle with an EventClass object and a name.

Parameters

  • name
    A String, up to 255 characters in length, containing the logical name of the event chronicle.

    You cannot change the name. To rename an event chronicle, you must remove it and then add a new event chronicle that has the new name.

Remarks

Each event chronicle is for a specific event class. The logical name of the event chronicle is only used to refer to the chronicle. You provide a table name when you define the event chronicle table in the SqlStatements.
