Direct mail distributes e-mail messages that are targeted to a specified group of users by using mailing lists. The objective of direct mail is to achieve a high response rate from your messages. You can send personalized e-mail messages from a Web page, or non-personalized messages from a flat text file.
You use Commerce Server Marketing Manager to create new direct mail, personalize messages, add attachments to your direct mail messages, and edit direct mail properties.
