Important

It is no longer necessary to migrate from Azure Media Service v2 to v3 as deprecation of V2 API will align with the retirement of Azure Media Services. Please see the Azure Media Services retirement guide for more information.

The Media Services migration guide helps you migrate from Media Services V2 APIs to V3 APIs based on a migration that takes advantage of the new features and functions that are now available. You should use your best judgment and determine what best fits your scenario.

For more information about retired media processors and to keep track of those that are planned for retirement, see the Media processor retirement reference reference.
