PixelHeight	The height, in pixels, of the bitmap image.
PixelWidth	The width, in pixels, of the bitmap image.
PreservesAspectRatio	Gets a value that determines whether the aspect ratio of the original bitmap image is preserved.
Rotation	Gets a value that represents the rotation angle that is applied to a bitmap.
