Creates a new CubeHierarchy object using the specified HierarchyID, inserts it to the collection at the specified index and returns the new CubeHierarchy created.

Inserts the specified CubeHierarchy to the collection at the specified index.

Creates a new CubeHierarchy object using the specified HierarchyID, inserts it to the collection at the specified index and returns the new CubeHierarchy created.
