ICtiAgentStateControl.SetAgentState Method (Guid, String, String, Boolean)

Sets the agent state to a given state.

Parameters

  • ctiCallRefCallId
    Type: System.Guid

    Specifies the CTI call reference ID.

  • requestedState
    Type: System.String

    Specifies the requested state.

  • targetState
    Type: System.String

    Specifies the requested state to go to.

Return Value

Type: System.Boolean

Type: Boolean
True if the agent state is successfully set, otherwise false.
