Resolution Code Table
Specifies codes that identify the methods that are used to solve typical service problems, such as, cleaned or replaced.
You can insert relationships between fault codes and resolution codes basing the codes selected for service items on posted service orders. This will allow you to see the most common methods of repair for particular item faults.
When you have set up resolution codes, you can assign them to service items in the Service Item Worksheet window. The program automatically assigns the same resolution code to the service lines in the window, but you can change it.
