Search Description Field, Fixed Asset Table
Specifies a search description for the fixed asset.
You can use the Search Description field to search for a fixed asset when you cannot remember the fixed asset number.
When you enter something in the Description field and press ENTER, the program automatically copies the contents to the Search Description field.
The contents of the Search Description field do not have to be the same as those of the Description field. You can manually enter a search description, using a maximum of 30 characters, both numbers and letters. If you enter a search description manually, it will not change, even if you change the contents of the Description field.
