Comentarios

La rotación se realiza después del escalado. Esto significa que una imagen que tiene un Rotation de Rotate90, un DecodePixelWidth de 10 y DecodePixelHeight de 5 dará como resultado una imagen con un ancho de 5 y un alto de 10.
