InstallPixels(SKImageInfo, IntPtr)
Installs the specified pixels into the bitmap.

The image information describing the pixels.

- IntPtr
The pixels to install.
Returns
Returns true on success, or false on failure. If there was an error, the bitmap will be set to empty.
