A class representing a collection of HybridComputeLicenseResource and their operations. Each HybridComputeLicenseResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of ResourceGroupResource. To get a HybridComputeLicenseCollection instance call the GetHybridComputeLicenses method from an instance of ResourceGroupResource.
