Step-by-step guide
Step 1
Copy the Clarity tracking code from your specific Clarity project.
Note
Check Project management to know how to find the tracking code.
Check how to add a new project.
Step 2
Open Adobe Experience Platform Tags (Adobe Launch). Select the website to install the Clarity tracking code.
Select Rules -> Create Rule.
Step 3
Go to Events -> Add.
In the Event Configuration, set Extension -> Core and Event Type -> Library Loaded. Select Keep Changes.
Step 4
Go to Actions under Create Rule. Select Add.
In the Action Configuration, set Extension -> Core and Action Type -> Custom Code.
In the right panel, set Language -> HTML.
Step 5
Select Open Editor. Paste Clarity tracking code into the text box, Edit Code. Select Save.
This step adds the new script into the queue for the rule. Select Keep Changes.
Step 6
Select Save to Library to add the rule.
Step 7
Select Build. The Clarity tracking code is now installed.
