D3DX12_MESH_SHADER_PIPELINE_STATE_DESC structure
For mesh/amplifications shaders, you can use the data from an EffectPipelineStateDescription, with D3DX12_MESH_SHADER_PIPELINE_STATE_DESC, to provide all the state.
