USB4 Systems BIOS Handoff Support

Verifies that systems with USB4 host routers support TBD BIOS handoff mechanism.

Description

Systems with USB4 host routers must support BIOS handoff per update to the Advanced Configuration and Power Interface (ACPI) 6.4 specification, section 6.2.11.2 Platform-Wide OSPM Capabilities. The system must grant control of "Native USB4 Support" in Platform-Wide OSPM Capabilities (UUID: 0811B06E-4A27-44F9-8D60-3CBBC22E7B48) for OS versions that support software CM. The control is granted when _OSC is called by OS with Query Flag set to 0 and Native USB4 Support set to 1.

On OS downgrade to an OS that does not support software connection manager, when the _OSC method is called with Query Flag set to 0 and Native USB4 Support set to 0, the platform must switch to firmware CM if supported in the system.
