PWM WinRT Functional Tests (Development and Integration)

Does functional testing of PWM through the WinRT interfaces. Verifies that the underlying PWM device is compliant with the PWM DDI which includes but not limited to controller and pin defined device interface, state machines, sharing semantics, and supported IOCTLs.
