Camera Driver Profiles Collect OEM INF Profiles

Test to validate we can collect profiles from OEM Inf. Gathers and validates the profile payload defined in the OEM INF file. Checks the schema of the payload and ensures that schema matches expected information for profile definitions. If test results in an invalid parameter error, it is likely that either a specific schema entry is missing or the value was not valid.
