NDISTest 6.5 - [2 Machine] - Reset

This test attempts to reset the card multiple times, while at the same time sending and receiving lots of packets over that card. It tests to make sure that that card can reset itself and that it deals properly with packets that have been given to it to send when interrupted by a reset. Device is reset multiple times with a configurable time delay between resets.
