NVDIMM-N Error Injection _DSM Test

Validates the error injection _DSM functions specified by the Microsoft _DSM Interface for Byte Addressable Energy Backed Function Class (Function Interface 1). This test validates that the error injection methods produce the expected changes in the health-related _DSMs.
