For example, this class can be used to round a number to the nearest 0.01.

IncrementNumberRounder()

Creates an IncrementNumberRounder object.

This constructor initializes RoundingAlgorithm to a default value of RoundingAlgorithm.RoundHalfUp, and Increment to 1.
