How to: Delete Work Item Queries (Team System Web Access)

When a query is no longer needed in Team System Web Access, or has become outdated, you can delete it.

Required Permissions

To perform this procedure, you must be a member of the Readers group or have the View work items in this node permission set to Allow. To delete a team query, you must be a member of the Project Administrators group. For more information, see Team Foundation Server Permissions.

To delete a work item query

1. In Team System Web Access, click the Work Items page.

2. Click the arrow next to a query that you want to delete and then click Delete.

   Note

   To delete a query from Team Queries, you must be a member of the Project Administrators group.

3. Click OK to confirm that you want to delete the query.
