The topics in this section help you diagnose and resolve problems that you may have when accessing Microsoft Office Exchange Server 2007 with a Microsoft Office Outlook or Microsoft Entourage for Mac client. The issues that are discussed in this section are generally exhibited at the client level, but the root causes of the problems are found on the server that is running Exchange. Some of the symptoms that users may experience include the inability to log on to their mailbox, client/delegate issues, and slow performance including remote procedure call (RPC) dialog box pop-ups and erratic behavior.
