Updates the LineNumIdx value in the LedgerGDPdUField table to disallow duplicate records.

Remarks

After updating the replacement LedgerGDPdUTable key field to the RecId value of the LedgerGDPdUTable table, the LineNumIdx value is reset to disallow duplicate records.
